1. General Agreement
By accessing the ou777 platform, registering an account, or using the services in any way, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with all terms and conditions in this "Terms of Service Agreement".

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The deposit policy on the ou777 platform is as follows:
- Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for all payment methods)
- Accepted payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, bank transfer
- Deposits must be made only from the player's own payment method

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ou777's first-deposit welcome bonus is 200% — up to 500,000 Ks. For example, depositing 20,000 Ks gives a bonus of 40,000 Ks, bringing the balance to 60,000 Ks. The bonus amount of 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks must be wagered in full before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, players must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. Any play that counts toward this wagering requirement must comply with the terms in this agreement.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
- The specific terms for each individual bonus are stated on the bonus offer
- If real money (pre-bonus balance) is withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited
- If ou777 detects bonus abuse or bonus arbing, the bonus may be voided
- Bonus offers may change at short notice and may be subject to individual player limits
6. VIP Programme
The ou777 VIP programme offers progressively better rewards and services across 4 VIP tiers:
- Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.2%
The criteria for moving up or down VIP tiers are set by ou777 and may be updated at any time. VIP benefits and rewards are provided at ou777's discretion and cannot be claimed externally.
7. Game Rules
7.1 Fair Play
All game results at ou777 are processed using precise digital technology. If any attempt to alter, falsify, or manipulate results is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
7.2 Betting Limits
ou777 has the right to set betting limits on any player. Betting limits may also be set at a player's request as part of the Responsible Gaming policy.
7.3 Game Malfunctions
ou777 reserves the right to review and correct game results caused by a technical glitch. In the event that a software malfunction causes incorrect card or game results, ou777 may make adjustments and compensate the player based on their original bet.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ou777 platform:
- Opening or attempting to open more than one account
- Providing false personal information with the intent to obtain a bonus
- Bonus abuse — creating additional accounts or colluding with others to obtain bonuses
- Attempting to hack the gaming software
- Unauthorised access to or extraction of the platform's or other players' personal information
- Illegal financial activities, including money laundering
- Impersonating a customer representative or posing as an ou777 employee
- Making false claims that the ou777 platform acts out of self-interest
- Soliciting other players to distribute bonuses that have not yet been settled
If any of the prohibited actions listed above are detected, ou777 may close that player's account without prior notice, and funds may be forfeited.
9. Account Closure and Termination
9.1 Player-Initiated Action
A player may request to close their own account at any time by contacting ou777 customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned, provided it meets the applicable terms and conditions.
9.2 ou777-Initiated Action
ou777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a player's account without prior notice if a breach of these terms is found, or for any legal reason. Players must understand that in such cases they may forfeit their related funds and bonuses.
10. Personal Data Protection
ou777 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. The ways in which player data is collected, stored, and used are detailed in the Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the platform, the player is considered to have agreed to that policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
The ou777 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. ou777 is not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions, technical issues, or causes beyond ou777's control. Players must understand that they use the platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for their own risk of loss.
ou777's liability in any given case will not exceed the player's account balance at the time the issue occurred.
12. Amendment of Terms
